	Welcome to the first issue of the integrated SunGard Energy Newsletter. As you are aware, last year was one of tremendous change as we brought Energy Softworx and FAME Energy into the SunGard Energy Solutions business. While change can be challenging, we are committed to effectively integrating our people, processes, and products to help you maximize your partnership with SunGard and the value you receive from your energy solutions. The launch of this new quarterly e-newsletter is one component of that commitment. Today, there are nearly 500 SES employees working together to help you benefit from the combined energy businesses. As part of this, we have integrated many of the functional groups and adopted the best practices across them as standard processes. Globally integrated product management, development, QA, marketing, and finance teams are now collaborating to integrate and streamline our product portfolio. For example, the global product management and development teams led by Stephen Schwarz and Asha Nadkarni respectively are working closely to converge code streams into fewer, higher quality releases. Sales and account management teams remain specialized by market segment and their associated product areas, but we are bringing them together through cross-training and joint planning sessions to ensure that we present a consistent persona to you. The same is true of our consulting and support teams; however, another example of integration and collaboration is the new Support Zone. The Support Zone will initially replace iTrack and later roll out to the Softworx and FAME users. Look for more details on this in April. This newsletter highlights a number of new product and service announcements that illustrate the breadth of choices available today to help you to streamline business processes, meet growth objectives, and support compliance requirements. You will soon begin to see our fuels management, data management and services, trading and risk management, and physical operations solutions working together as components of an integrated suite. Underlying this integration is the energy platform with its common data model, enterprise message bus, and common reference data. We are currently working with a North America customer to implement the full suite of Softworx products with ZaiNet on the energy platform. In addition to the integrated solution suite itself, we will be launching a number of new releases for modules of the suite at the European Energy Summit in Lisbon in mid-May.
